Your QuickBooks company is disconnected
Foes Conduit no longer has access to that QuickBooks Online company. Nothing further is read from it. No action is required from you.
What stopped
Disconnecting invalidates the OAuth authorization Conduit was using. The next scheduled run cannot authenticate, so it does not run. No further records are read from your books, and nothing further is written to your warehouse from this source. Conduit cannot re-establish access on its own. That takes a fresh grant that someone with admin rights on the QuickBooks company has to approve.
Foes also discards the stored refresh token for the disconnected company once the disconnection is confirmed, since it is no longer valid for anything.
What is still there
The data Conduit already landed in your warehouse stays in your warehouse. That warehouse is your organization's Supabase project or Azure database, in your account, under your control. Disconnecting from QuickBooks does not touch it, and Foes will not delete your data from a system you own without you asking. If you want it removed, you can drop it yourself, or ask Foes to do it as part of winding down the engagement.
Your QuickBooks data itself is untouched. Conduit only ever had read access, so nothing in your books changed while it was connected and nothing changes now.
Foes retains the operational record of past sync runs, which is timestamps, record counts, sync cursors and error codes. That record contains no accounting field values. It is kept to answer questions about what happened during the engagement and can be deleted on request. The privacy policy sets out exactly what that operational state contains and how long it is held.
If you did not mean to disconnect
Nothing is lost. Reconnecting is the same process as connecting the first time, and the sync picks up from where it left off rather than starting over. See connect or reconnect a QuickBooks company, or write to hello@foes.co.
Disconnecting in the first place
You do not need to ask Foes for permission or wait for anyone. In QuickBooks Online, open the settings menu, go to Apps, find Foes Conduit in your connected apps, and disconnect it. You can also write to hello@foes.co and ask Foes to stop the sync and revoke its own access, which has the same effect.
